Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday-Friday are generally processed and shipped within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please be aware that pre-order items have different shipping guidelines, and will be shipped out after pre-orders have closed, and sufficient time for products to be produced has passed.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like your in stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated or for the carrier to scan the package and provide status updates.

If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation or cannot see your tracking number in the online portal, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. If your package is marked as "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, please reach out to your local post office with the tracking number for assistance.

Once your package departs from our facility, we no longer have control over it. We cannot assume responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

International shipments may take between 4 to 6 weeks to arrive, so we ask for your patience. Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes when it reaches the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer, and ML Screenprinting is not accountable for them.
