Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

In the case ML Screenprinting ships an incorrect item or size, the customer should contact sales@merchlords.com, and we will provide the customer with a prepaid shipping label. The correct item will be shipped out as soon as the other product is received back at the warehouse. 

In the case the customer does receive the correct item, but it does not fit, they can:

  1. Email order information to sales@merchlords.com

  2.  Ship the product back to the ML Screenprinting warehouse; 117 Cleveland St. Punxsutawney, PA 15767. 

  3. Pay for a new shipment. (Customer will receive a request through Shopify)

  4. New items will be shipped once this payment is received.

In the case the correct item is received, but damaged, the customer should contact sales@merchlords.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. ML Screenprinting Fulfilment will send the customer a prepaid shipping label, and a new item will be shipped out as soon as the damaged product is received.

 

Refunds

If an order has been placed but the customer would like to cancel, they can email sales@merchlords.com with their order information. The order can be cancelled with no fee up until shipment. Once an item has left our facility, we are unable to cancel it. 

If an order is placed for an item which is out of stock due to website error, a full refund will be issued.
